By signing this pledge, I commit to helping lay the foundations of a socialist movement in Cymru that is internationalist, class-based, and politically serious.

I understand that this is a pre-membership phase, and that formal structures of accountability, programme, and democratic discipline will be agreed collectively at the 2025 Founding Conference.

Why Join?

We are a membership-led organisation, which means that every decision, every step we take, comes from the membership – you. We exist solely because the ‘People, Planet, Peace’ Conference in Merthyr Tydfil called us into existence – with a mandate to be a platform for socialists from across Cymru to organise through.

Cymru’n Codi is a grassroots socialist mudiad (movement), based on a commonly agreed policy platform, that advocates for society to be organised around the principle of pobl, planed, heddwch, or people, planet and peace – not profit.

Important Information

This is a dues paying organisation, we are in the process of setting up our financial systems, we will be asking all members to pay in £3 a month, this will go towards our administrative costs, and materials needed.
