By signing this pledge, I commit to helping lay the foundations of a socialist movement in Cymru that is internationalist, class-based, and politically serious.

I understand that Cymru’n Codi is a membership organisation , and that formal structures of accountability, programme, and democratic discipline were agreed collectively at the 2025 Founding Conference.

Why Join?

We are a membership-led organisation, which means that every decision, every step we take, comes from the membership – you. We exist solely because the ‘People, Planet, Peace’ Conference in Merthyr Tydfil called us into existence – with a mandate to be a platform for socialists from across Cymru to organise through.

Cymru’n Codi is a grassroots socialist mudiad (movement), based on a commonly agreed policy platform, that advocates for society to be organised around the principle of pobl, planed, heddwch, or people, planet and peace – not profit.

Important Information

This is a dues paying organisation, subscription rates have been agreed at £1 and £5 monthly and an email about how to pay will be sent to all existing members and to new members as the completed forms are received. Subscription income will go towards our administrative costs, and materials needed.
